Holy Cross Health is advancing orthopedic care in South Florida with the addition of two Stryker Mako 4 robotics systems to its orthopedic service line. This expansion allows more patients to access total hip, total knee and partial knee procedures with highly precise, computer-assisted guidance and timely access to surgery.
The Mako 4 represents the latest in robotic-assisted surgery, combining 3D CT based surgical planning with haptic feedback technology. This helps surgeons place implants accurately, protect surrounding tissue and support smoother, more predictable recovery experiences. With two systems now in place, Holy Cross Health can extend these benefits to a larger number of patients while maintaining high standards for joint function over time.
