October 6, 2021 – Alicia DeLuca, major gift officer at Holy Cross Health, has been named to the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) 2021 40 Under 40 list.
The 40 Under 40 recognition celebrates future leaders within the healthcare philanthropy community. AHP is honoring young professionals because they are shaping the future of the healthcare development industry. Collectively, they are changing the world one campaign at a time.
“These honorees are part of a select group who have demonstrated impressive career achievements, deep community involvement and outstanding leadership in all they do,” said Alice Ayres, AHP president and CEO.
In her position at Holy Cross Health, DeLuca focuses on securing major gifts and building strong relationships with donors. Holy Cross has always been a special place for Alicia, since she was born at the hospital and her grandparents were eucharist ministers serving Holy Cross patients for 33 years.

A resident of Boca Raton, DeLuca is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and is also certified in professional fundraising from Boston University.
