Holy Cross Hospital President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick A. Taylor, M.D., MBA, has been named by Becker’s Hospital Review in its annual list of "100 Physician Leaders of Hospitals and Health Systems.” The leader of the non-profit hospital in Fort Lauderdale is the only health care executive in South Florida recognized this year.
 
Dr. Taylor was named president and CEO in 2010, becoming the hospital’s sixth chief executive. He joined Holy Cross Hospital in 1988 as an emergency physician and was subsequently named medical director of the emergency department, senior vice president and COO.
