March 27, 2023 – Holy Cross Medical Group announced that Board-certified internal medicine physician Luke Suvunrungsi, M.D. has joined the multi-specialty physician-employed group of more than 130 physicians providing services throughout Broward County.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Suvunrungsi’s focus areas include adult medicine, annual wellness visits, primary intervention, care management, pre-operative evaluation, school and work physicals and hospital discharge. Most recently, he practiced as a Primary Care Physician and Hospitalist in Hyannis and Wareham, Massachusetts.
He has been a member of the American College of Physicians, Florida Medical Association and American Medical Association since 2015 for continuing education, networking with peers, and advocacy for the medical profession. Dr. Suvunrungsi also has research experience and has presented at numerous conferences and symposiums, sharing his knowledge and expertise with a diverse range of audiences including the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine.
Dr. Suvunrungsi earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, then graduated with honors from the University College of Dublin, Ireland, with a Doctor of Medicine degree. He then completed his internal medicine residency training at Steward Carney Hospital, affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine, in Boston, Massachusetts.
