Holy Cross Hospital President and CEO Patrick A. Taylor, M.D., has announced that David A. Taub, M.D., M.B.A., has been named Chief Medical Officer of the Holy Cross Medical Group.A graduate of Pine Crest High School in Fort Lauderdale, Dr. Taub joined the Holy Cross Medical Group in 2010. Since that time, he has served as the medical director of robotic urologic surgery and continues to serve as the physician advocate to Holy Cross Hospital’s Growth Council.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Dr. Taub went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. After completing his residency at the University of Michigan in 2006, Dr. Taub instructed residents at the Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs Hospital. In 2007, he also received a Masters of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society.
