Holy Cross Physicians Partners has named Stephanie Echarte, R.N., to the position of population care manager.

Echarte has been a member of the Holy Cross family since 2008. She most recently served for more than a year as an assistant nurse manager in the intermediate care unit.

Echarte is a member of the Holy Cross Hospital Nursing Quality Council and holds BLS/ACLS certification. She successfully completed the Holy Cross Hospital Nurse Residency Program. She earned her associate’s degree in nursing from St. Petersburg College and a bachelor’s in health science education from the University of Florida with a specialization in community health.
