Sarah and Raj Maharajh started their music promotion business to create experiences that help people find solace and belonging, especially when they feel like outsiders or disconnected from the world around them.

Local couple with passion for mental wellness team up to provide Hope!

FORT PIERCE, Florida – March 11, 2025: New Horizons of the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee’s Adult Stabilization Unit (ASU) has been chosen to be the beneficiary of the upcoming “Hope is on the Horizon” event hosted by

the Maharajh family at Three Tides Caribbean Restaurant & Bar in Port St. Lucie this March 22nd. Kicking off at 7:00 p.m., the event will feature performers TURBO KID and Darkwater and Stars, along with the sound mastery of DJ Jason and DJ Bombay. The musical celebration continues until 12:00 a.m.

Attendees will be treated to the best in Treasure Coast Jamaican fare while browsing among several vendors who will be on hand offering their crafts and wares. “Hope is on the Horizon” is the vibe you’re looking for this Spring with admission only $10 in advance or $15 at the door for those 21+.

Hosted by Sarah Maharajh and her husband Raj, the couple recognized a need within the mental health community they live and work in, and they set out to fill it. When asked, Ms. Maharajh stated that the community, restaurant patrons, friends and neighbors are invited to join their efforts by coming out to Hope is on the Horizon next Saturday. “With your help, we can transform the creative

space at the ASU and expand programs to provide even more meaningful and engaging experiences for those who need it most. Together, we can create a place where healing thrives,” she explained. For the Maharajh’s, it’s about making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. To that end, they have stepped up for New Horizon’s ASU by bringing together the community through music while curating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can find comfort, joy, and a sense of family, all while enjoying the soundtrack of their lives.

Proceeds from the Hope is on the Horizon event will be used to enhance the ASU’s space on the New Horizons main campus, in turn promoting peace, wellness and healing. Current activities will be enriched, and fresh, new ones added as a result of the fundraising efforts.

Vendor space is available and includes electricity in the space. Vendors may apply at  http://bit.ly/3QGUFgG or by calling Raj at (772) 444-5184. Tickets may be purchased by visiting
