November 3, 2025 – Hendry Regional Medical Center (HRMC) is excited to announce the addition of state-of-the-art mobile CT scanning and bone density services at the Hendry Regional Convenient Care Center (HRCCC) in LaBelle.
This expansion enhances and strengthens service offerings across both communities, ensuring equitable access to quality care throughout the county. This investment allows HRMC to continue providing high-quality, patient-centered care—helping make our community stronger and healthier.

The new mobile CT scanner and bone density equipment will be available during normal posted hours at HRCCC in LaBelle. HRCCC radiologists and providers will oversee all imaging procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
CT Services Offered:
- Calcium scoring exams
- CT angiography
- Low-Dose CT (LDCT) lung screening
- General CT exams (Head, Neck, Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis, Spine, Extremities)
- IV and oral contrast exams
- 3D imaging
- Dose modulation software to minimize radiation exposure
- Stroke assessment imaging scans
Bone Density Services Offered:
- Bone Mineral Density (BMD) assessment for accurate evaluation of bone health and fracture risk
- Body composition analysis, evaluating lean and fat tissue mass and metabolic health risk
- Low-dose imaging technology for high-precision results with minimal radiation exposure
These services are expected to be available to patients beginning January 2026.
