November 25, 2025 – FoundCare, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing quality healthcare for all, proudly announces the successful outcome of its 2025 Healthy Harvest Food Giveaway & Open Enrollment Fair, held on Saturday November 22nd. The free, family-focused celebration took place simultaneously at FoundCare’s Riviera Beach and Palm Springs health centers.
Hundreds of Palm Beach County families received holiday turkeys and bags of groceries during the event, helping to ease food insecurity during a critical time of year. In addition to food distribution, attendees were offered one-on-one assistance enrolling in healthcare coverage ahead of the 2026 enrollment period, ensuring families entered the new year equipped with both nourishment and access to essential medical care.
“Our mission goes beyond providing healthcare inside our buildings. We are here to support the whole person, the whole family, and the whole community,” said Christopher Irizarry, CEO of FoundCare. “Our Healthy Harvest event reflects that commitment. We are very proud to offer both holiday support and essential healthcare resources to our neighbors.”
The event featured food giveaways, kids’ activities, and information about FoundCare’s full spectrum of services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, pediatrics, women’s health, and more. Community members of all ages participated in the celebration and received guidance from multilingual FoundCare staff to navigate health coverage options.
Food was distributed at both locations while supplies lasted, and healthcare support was available to anyone seeking enrollment information or guidance.
