In 2009, McFall joined IRMC as a staff nurse and quickly rose to charge nurse, providing direct patient care in the labor and delivery setting; developing an individualized plan of care for mothers and babies; and caring for gynecological surgical patients. She was promoted as interim nurse manager in May of this year.

 

McFall earned her RN degree at Indian River State College and has a Bachelor of Education from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN.
