John Peeples has joined Indian River Medical Center as vice president and chief Human Resources (HR) officer. Most recently, Peeples served in an executive position with The Office of Talent Management for Howard University in Washington, D.C. Peeples previously served as vice president of HR for D.C. Chartered Health Plan.

Peeples has 15 years of comprehensive human resources experience in public and private sector organizations. He has also served on senior and executive management teams with D.C. Chartered Health Plan in Washington, D.C., and the City of Norfolk, VA.
