Jasmin Shirley, vice president of Community Health Services for Broward Health, has been invited to serve on the Best for Broward Babies Advisory Committee. The Best for Babies Program will be implemented by Broward County’s Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies and Broward County Community Partnerships Division as a result of the Reproductive Health Grant.

Shirley was previously appointed by the Broward County Commission to the Broward Regional Health Planning Council (BRHPC) where her term on the Council runs from June 15, 2010 to June 15, 2012. Shirley is a renowned international advocate on HIV/AIDS education and treatment, has more than 25 years experience in healthcare administration and has held numerous leadership positions with health-related committees.
