After earning an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Dr. Young received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. She completed an internship and residency at Stanford University Hospitals and Clinics in Palo Alto, CA.

 

Before joining Baptist Health, Dr. Young was a Stanford University School of Medicine clinical assistant professor of medicine at Stanford Primary Care Portola Valley in Portola Valley, CA. She also served as a staff physician with One Medical Group, a boutique primary care office in San Francisco, CA.
