Jupiter Medical Center recently named Richard A. Gorman, M.D., Orthopaedic Surgeon, its “Physician of the Year” for 2006.

Dr. Gorman, who has been on the Medical Staff at Jupiter Medical Center for 11 years, was specifically recognized for being a “super surgeon” who truly fits the JMC bill, for his dedication to patient care, for being a great teacher who treats students with the utmost kindness, and for his great attitude.

“I was completely surprised and overwhelmed when I heard that the nurses and clinical staff selected me as their Physician of the Year,” said Dr. Gorman. “It is such an honor to be recognized out of so many respected and revered physicians on the Medical Staff at Jupiter Medical Center.”
