October 14, 2024 – Board-certified breast surgeon Kathleen E. Minnick, MD, joins the Palm Beach Health Network breast surgery team. She brings a quarter century of experience caring for women in Palm Beach County. She is a member of the medical staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, and part of the Palm Beach Surgical Breast Care with offices located in West Palm Beach, Jupiter and Royal Palm Beach (see addresses below).
Dr. Minnick specializes in performing the following procedures: ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy, stereotactic breast biopsy, excisional breast biopsy, mammogram/ultrasound-guided needle localization biopsy, lumpectomy, mastectomy and intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT).
She also treats such conditions as breast cancer, benign disorders of the breast, and those at high-risk for breast cancer.
Dr. Minnick, who has been practicing since 1999, earned her medical degree and completed her internship, fellowship and multiple residencies at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA.
