This top national distinction recognizes the system’s unwavering commitment to protecting patients from preventable harm and medical errors.
The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only national rating program focused exclusively on hospital safety. It evaluates nearly 3,000 general acute-care hospitals across the United States using up to 30 evidence-based measures, including infection rates, surgical safety practices, and error prevention systems.
