Laura R. Seidman, general counsel for Broward Health, has joined the Member Editorial Board of The Governance Institute. Seidman will focus on providing expertise and opinion to the Research & Publications arm of The Governance Institute.

Prior to joining Broward Health, Seidman was the assistant corporate counsel for Franklin Resources, Inc. & Affiliates. She also served as vice president and assistant secretary for Templeton Investment Counsel, LLC, and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc.
