Vibien Andulan is a dedicated leader who serves as the Regional Director of Finance at Broward Health Medical Center. She began her career at a financial compliance firm in Coral Gables before transitioning into healthcare as a financial analyst.

“Leadership means cultivating a collaborative environment that allows a team to achieve a common goal while ensuring everyone feels heard, cared for, inspired, and empowered,” Andulan said.

Andulan manages the design, planning, and financial organization required for the 723-bed hospital. She supervises staff, develops skills and capabilities in data analysis, maintains programs for data entry, and provides financial information, revenue, and operations to hospital management.

Inspired by her mother, a former NICU nurse, Andulan aims to “support healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors. Understanding their challenges drives me to continually improve their work environment and ease their burdens.”

Andulan received both her bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in healthcare from Florida International University.
