Netonua Reyes serves as Chief Nursing Officer at St. Mary’s Medical Center, where she provides executive leadership for nursing services and helps advance the hospital’s commitment to exceptional patient care, quality, safety, and clinical excellence. She brings more than 25 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience to the role.

Prior to joining St. Mary’s Medical Center, Reyes served as Chief Nursing Officer at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, GW Health, in Washington, D.C., and previously held the dual roles of Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Broward Health Imperial Point in Fort Lauderdale.

Throughout her career, Reyes has successfully led initiatives that improve patient outcomes, strengthen staff engagement, and enhance operational performance. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. Reyes is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Nurses Association.
