Feb. 23, 2026 – Kristen Pannone has been hired as associate director of grants at Lee Health Foundation to assist with grant writing, proposal development, application, and management to support the organization’s lifesaving mission.

Pannone has previous experience working with grants and securing and managing portfolios across federal, state, and nonprofit sectors. She holds dual master’s degrees in Elementary Education from Sacred Heart University and Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University.
