Lee Memorial Health System is pleased to announce that Wendy Faux, RN, BSN, CWPM, has joined the staff of the Lee Physician Group as Program Educator for the Patient Centered Care Program. Wendy will evaluate and implement strategies that focus on building a quality patient centered network of services within Lee Physician Group.

 

Prior to joining Lee Memorial Health System, Wendy was a Clinical Nurse Educator at Geisinger Health System . She contributed to the development of policies and procedures that followed the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines and focused on the importance of driving outcomes while maximizing health care resources.
