South Florida-based Link Construction Group recently completed the new construction of a Centralized Distribution Center for Baptist Health of South Florida. This project is located at 9001 NW 31st Street, Doral and is 151,948-square-feet of which approximately 15,000-square-feet are offices. BHDC was developed by Aligned Properties in a design-developer type project setting and designed by RLC Architects out of Boca Raton. LEED Certification by the USGBC is pending. This project is just south of the newly constructed Miami Herald Production Facility that Link Construction Group completed last year.
