VITAS Innovative Hospice Care® of Palm Beach County announces the promotion of Marcos Rejtman, D.O., to Medical Director.

Board certified in hospice and palliative medicine, geriatric medicine and family practice, Rejtman joined VITAS in 2001 as a team physician. In 2007, he was named VITAS’ Outstanding Physician of the Year.

Prior to joining VITAS, Rejtman practiced geriatric medicine with Medical Multi-Specialty Group in Sunrise, Florida. Before that, he served as an emergency physician for Florida Medical Center in Lauderdale Lakes. He is a clinical associate professor for Nova-Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale.
