Dr. Jason M. Goldman has been recognized by the Florida Chapter of the American College of Physicians (ACP) as the recipient of the 2013 Internist of the Year Award. This award is given annually to an internist who demonstrates outstanding leadership and dedication to the clinical practice of medicine.As the sitting Treasurer for the Florida Chapter of the ACP, Dr. Goldman has been integral in the leadership of the organization. “I am proud to have been selected as Internist of the Year by the Florida chapter of the American College of Physicians,” Dr. Goldman said. “Over the years, it has been my goal to serve my profession with a steadfast commitment and dedication to the art of medicine. It is both humbling and validating to be selected by a community of my peers to receive an honor like this.”
Dr. Goldman went to medical school at the University of Miami and completed his training in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. He operates a successful solo practice in Coral Springs where he has provided compassionate care to his patients and served his community for over a decade. Dr. Goldman is a pillar of his community, with active involvement in the Florida Medical Association, the Free and Accepted Masons, many local charities and fundraising events, as well as support of local schools and businesses.
