Board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, Kalman D. Blumberg, M.D., FAAOS, joins the Medical Staff at Lower Keys Medical Center.

 

Dr. Blumberg comes to Key West from Fort Lauderdale where he is in private practice and is the managing partner of the Florida Spine Specialists.

 

Dr. Blumberg received his medical degree, with research distinction, from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami. He completed an internship in general surgery at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA, and a residency in orthopaedic surgery, also at the Medical College of Virginia. Following his residency, Dr. Blumberg then completed a fellowship in spine surgery at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital & Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
