Puras, who joined IRMC in the Emergency Room and worked as a charge nurse for Orthopedics and Oncology, now works collaboratively with physicians, post-acute care providers, patients, families and staff. As a patient advocate, she is creating and maintaining the critical linkage between clinical, administrative and customer service elements of care.
