Primary care practitioner Maryanne Samuel, D.O., has joined Baptist Health Medical Group.

 

Dr. Samuel received her undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University. She continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she received her doctor of osteopathy degree. She recently completed a residency in internal medicine at Palmetto General Hospital, where she was chief resident of internal medicine.

 

During her training, Dr. Samuel participated in numerous hospital committees, including the Internal Medicine Committee and the Team for Excellence in Medical Education (co-founder). She was the internal medicine resident liaison.
