Miami Jewish Health Systems has recently promoted Shaniqua “Shay” Smith, Ph.D. to Director of Human Resources. Smith brings more than 10 years of experience in employee management to the position and will be responsible for developing, conducting and analyzing human resource initiatives for Miami Jewish Health Systems.

 

Since last year, Shaniqua Smith served as Miami Jewish Health Systems Senior Manager of Employment and Benefits Services. Smith first joined the organization in 2011 as Senior Manager of Benefits. Prior to that, Smith worked at DHL Express and Spherion Workforce Architects and is affiliated to the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
