Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida Brokerage, is the new president of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation.
 
Parker has been actively involved with Mount Sinai in a variety of roles. He began as a member of Mount Sinai’s Foundation in 2003 and now serves on the hospital’s Executive Board of Trustees.
 
Parker began his career at the Law Firm of Gunster Yoakley Valdez Fauli & Stewart. In 2000, Parker moved to New York City where he was General Counsel for LandTel Communications.
 
Parker is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario located in London, Ontario Canada, where he received his B.A. degree. He continued his studies at the University of Miami, School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in May of 1998.
