Stuart S. Kaplan, M.D., has been named Section Chief of Breast Imaging for the Department of Radiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Most recently, Dr. Kaplan served as the Medical Director of the Strax Institute in Lauderhill, FL. A graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine, he completed his radiology residency at the University of California, Los Angeles and fellowship at the Iris Cantor Center for Breast Imaging at the University of California, Los Angeles.
