“Over the past several weeks, Broward Health has experienced a series of events and extraordinary changes. To best oversee these changes and restore public trust in our healthcare system, the board determined Broward Health would benefit from new leadership, and has named Pauline Grant as its Interim President/CEO. We appreciate Kevin Fusco for stepping up to serve under difficult circumstances and leading the team over these past few weeks.

“Grant is a strong and steady leader with decades of experience at Broward Health. She has the trust of her team, colleagues and board of commissioners. She is the right person to manage our system at a difficult time.”
“Every day thousands of Broward Health team members impact the lives of thousands of patients. Our doctors and nurses are an incredible collection of professionals who are leaders in our community and their fields. It is now time to put the focus back on them.
