Brian McAuley, a 12-year employee of the North Broward Hospital District, has been appointed manager of process management and customer service at North Broward Medical Center.

McAuley’s career with the NBHD began in April 1994 when he started working as a patient representative in the emergency department at Broward General Medical Center. He later held other positions including an outpatient case manager, a publications specialist and more recently the manager of publications and internal communications for the District.
