North Shore Medical Center is proud to announce the appointment of Rita Hess as the hospital’s new Chief Nursing Officer and Manoucheka Thermitus as its new Director of Business Development.
Prior to joining North Shore Medical Center, Hess served as Chief Nursing Officer for Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Millerville University in Pennsylvania and her Master of Education: Health from Penn State University.
Prior to her role as Director of Business Development at North Shore Medical Center, Thermitus was an entrepreneur and pharmaceutical sales consultant for a reputable pharmaceutical company. She serves on the Women’s Fund of Miami-Dade Board; serves as a board member for KONBIT for Haiti; and is board chair for the Friends of Little Haiti Culture Complex.
