December 15, 2022, STUART, Fla.: The Orthopaedic & Rheumatologic Center at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health is pleased to welcome board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, Jason Scott Weisstein, MD, MPH, FACS.

Dr. Weisstein joins Cleveland Clinic Florida’s regional orthopaedic oncology program, which includes Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Martin Health. He will now offer expanded orthopaedic oncology care throughout the Treasure Coast. Dr. Weisstein sees patients at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health and accepts virtual appointments.

Upon earning his medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a Masters of Public Health at Columbia University in New York, Dr. Weisstein completed the General Surgery Internship and Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Programs at the University of California at San Francisco. He then completed fellowship training in Adult and Pediatric Orthopedic Oncology and Complex Joint Reconstruction at the University of Washington College of Medicine in Seattle.

A specialist in joint replacement and revision surgery, and orthopaedic oncology, Dr. Weisstein’s clinical interests are in the restoration of function in limbs from arthritis, tumors, dysplasia, trauma or other conditions.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, Dr. Weisstein held the position of staff surgeon with St. Francis Medical Center and UC Health in Colorado.

Dr. Weisstein is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. He has published numerous peer reviewed articles, book chapters and abstracts on topics related to joint replacement and orthopaedic oncology.
