State-of-the-art campus continues to grow, adding key specialty partners and future ambulatory surgery center
January 7, 2025 – The Medical Office Building (MOB) adjacent to the newly opened Florida Coast Medical Center (FCMC) is continuing its rapid expansion, announcing today that one final practice space remains available for a healthcare group looking to join a growing network of established specialists on the campus.
Since opening alongside FCMC on September 9, 2025, the MOB has quickly become a hub for advanced outpatient care. The building is already home to Independence ENT, Stuart Cardiology, and the Palm Beach Neuroscience Institute in conjunction with Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group, bringing essential specialties directly to the Treasure Coast community.
The continued growth reflects the medical campus’ mission to expand access to high-quality healthcare and provide convenient, coordinated services in one location.

In addition to office-based clinical practices, the MOB is preparing for the next major enhancement to the campus: a new ambulatory surgery center planned for the second floor, expected to open next year. This addition will bring outpatient surgical capabilities even closer to patients, offering convenience, efficiency, and the latest minimally invasive technologies.
As Florida Coast Medical Center continues to expand its services, the MOB stands as a key component in ensuring patients have access to a wide range of specialties without having to travel far.
