Prior to his appointment at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, Howard served as the chief human resources officer at Tenet’s Fountain Valley Regional Hospital in California for 10 years.

 

Howard achieved his Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston. He is currently finishing up his Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
