December 4, 2025 Palm Health Foundation announced today the appointment of Christina Worley, founder and managing member of Castle Wealth Management, to its Finance and Investment Committee. Worley joins other esteemed committee members to oversee the foundation’s financial stewardship, guide investment and budgeting decisions, and support the long-term sustainability of its mission to inspire and fund solutions for better health in Palm Beach County through community collaboration.

Worley brings more than 30 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory services, along with exceptional leadership as founder and managing member of Castle Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm overseeing more than $400 million in assets and recognized as one of the longest-running women-founded RIAs in South Florida. She is passionate about using her expertise to make a positive impact through community leadership.

“I’m honored to help steward Palm Health Foundation’s investment assets and maximize the impact of donor funds and contributions to improve health across Palm Beach County,” Worley said. “I look forward to working with the Finance and Investment Committee’s impressive group of local leaders to grow the foundation’s already strong financial position and advance its mission.”

Palm Health Foundation President and CEO Patrick McNamara is excited to welcome Worley to the committee. “Christina’s expertise combined with her dedication to our community signals to our donors and fund holders that their philanthropy is in excellent hands,” he said. “She will help us realize our shared goals to build a culture of health through community-led solutions, advance brain health, and strengthen our healthcare workforce—now and for generations of Palm Beach County families to come.”

Worley has an impressive history of current and past community leadership, including board member and treasurer of Royal Poinciana Chapel, three-time gubernatorial appointee of the Palm Beach County Early Learning Coalition where she received the Champion of Early Learning Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024, and President of the CFA Society of South Florida, among many other volunteer roles. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a CPA/PFS, CFP and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) she is a dedicated mentor to future generations of financial professionals.
