Dr. Rose Sherman is the Director of Nursing Leadership Institute in the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing, where she is also an associate professor and program director of the Nursing Administration and Clinical Nurse Leader tracks in the graduate nursing program. Prior to joining the faculty of FAU, Dr. Sherman had a 25-year nursing leadership career with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr. Sherman moved to Palm Beach County in 1993 as part of the leadership activation team that built and opened the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center.

 

Dr. Sherman has been actively involved with the Palm Healthcare Foundation’s nursing education initiatives since 2002.
