Bradley became President and CEO of Palm Healthcare Foundation in November 2012, bringing more than twenty years of leadership in community-building initiatives to the foundation’s mission of improving the wellbeing of Palm Beach County’s residents. She shared her passions for collaborating, thinking strategically and developing people with all those she touched in her role at the foundation.

 

During her tenure at Palm Healthcare Foundation, Andrea launched the Healthier Together initiative, a community-driven, place-based grant-making strategy that focuses on Palm Beach County’s most pressing health needs, especially those of its most vulnerable members. She was the catalyst for the foundation’s far-reaching social change campaigns, Let’s Move Commit to Change Physical Activity Challenge, Diabetes Month, and Thank a Nurse. Under her leadership, the foundation made more than $16 million in community investments.
