Pat Albaum, M.A., of Hospice by the Sea, Inc. Wins 2009 Excellence in Patient Care

Pat Albaum, M.A., a counselor with Hospice by the Sea’s inpatient facility in Boca Raton, was awarded the “2009 Excellence in Patient Care – Psychosocial Professional” by the Florida Hospices and Palliative Care association.

Albaum was honored by her peers for her extensive hospice knowledge acquired during 13 years of hospice experience, and also for her innate ability to demonstrate compassion to patients, family, staff and volunteers.
