AMA President-Elect Patrice A. Harris, MD, to Speak

The Future of Medicine Summit XII of the Palm Beach County Medical Society & Services is set for February 7–8, 2019, at Kravis Center, The Cohen Pavilion, West Palm Beach, FL.
 
Presented during the Centennial Year of the Palm Beach County Medical Society (PBCMS), the 12th Annual Future of Medicine showcases the impact medicine has had in the last century. The program presents a unique and fresh look into the innovations and advancements in medicine as well as the new reality of health care delivery. Participants also can explore the social responsibilities in health care with a focus on responsibilities to the community. In addition, topics including creating joy in medicine, building innovation and training the health care team of tomorrow, will wrap up the event. Breakout sessions for each respective professional track will provide continuing education credit opportunities.

The event opens on February 7 with a VIP Reception/Poster Symposium/Exhibit Hall at 5 pm followed by a VIP Dinner from 6 to 8:00 pm; and the all day sessions are set for February 8 from 8 am to 5 pm.
