Jenny R. Waltzer, MA, is the Chief Operating Officer of Baptist Health Cancer Care, overseeing operations at both Miami Cancer Institute and Lynn Cancer Institute. With over 17 years of experience in oncology and healthcare administration, she previously served as Vice President of Hematology and Oncology, Infusion, and Surgical Oncology at The Mount Sinai Health System. Known for her operational excellence and strategic leadership, she played a critical role in launching key initiatives like The Tisch Cancer Hospital rollout and COVID-era infusion centers. Her earlier roles at Northwell Health, Weill Cornell Medicine, and Memorial Sloan Kettering further showcase her ability to improve patient outcomes and organizational performance. A psychology graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a master’s from Hunter College, Waltzer brings a blend of analytical and empathetic leadership to advance cancer care in South Florida.
