Rachel Spiegel, M.P.H. is the Vice President of Operations for Baptist Health Brain & Spine Care, where she oversees the operational strategy and direction of Miami Neuroscience Institute. In this leadership role, she is instrumental in advancing the Institute’s mission of delivering world-class neurological care and innovation.  Before her current appointment, Spiegel served as Assistant Vice President of Neuroscience Service Line, as well as Director of Physician Practice Operations for the Baptist Health Medical Group Operations. Her extensive healthcare leadership experience also includes previous roles at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Columbia University Medical Center, and Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. Spiegel holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and earned her Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University (SUNY).
