Jeffrey M. Welch

Jeff Welch is the chief executive officer for Tenet’s Miami Dade Group as well as North Shore Medical Center/Florida Medical Center. He is responsible for all hospital operations, executive planning and medical services of five acute care hospitals. Jeff is a strong leader with over 25 years of operational and financial leadership experience in major academic medical centers and community health systems. He most recently served as the CEO of Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Mass as well as Tenet’s South Carolina/Massachusetts Group. Jeff was also the CEO of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and Coral Gables Hospital, where he achieved significant growth in the areas of hospital admissions, inpatient and outpatient surgical volumes and emergency room utilization. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Coral Gables Hospital, Jeff was the chief operating officer at Delray Medical Center.
 
Jackeline Aleman
Controller
 
Jackeline Aleman is the controller at North Shore Medical Center. She is responsible for the accounting department including general accounting, accounts payable, budgeting and reimbursement. She started her career with Tenet at Hialeah Hospital where she was the accounting manager. She was responsible for the day to day accounting functions and assisted the directors with accounting needs. Jackie received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University. She plans to pursue her Master’s in Accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
