Daniel S. Messina, President of Rendina Companies, announces the addition of Michael D. Rendina as Asset Management Director.

Rendina graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. He previously worked as a Consultant and Underwriter for Lehman Brothers in New York City. Rendina also has gained significant medical real estate leasing, construction development and property management experience through his internship work at Rendina Companies and Paramount Real Estate Services.
