Cleveland Clinic Florida has appointed interventional radiologist Rodolfo J. Blandon, M.D., M.B.A., Chief of Staff.

Dr. Blandon will continue to serve as Chairman of the Department of Imaging and practice within the section of Interventional Radiology.
 
Dr. Blandon joined Cleveland Clinic Florida in 2001. A graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Dr. Blandon earned his medical degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. He completed a general surgery internship at Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and a radiology residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. His advanced training also includes a fellowship in vascular/interventional radiology at Alexandria Hospital, a George Washington University affiliated hospital in Alexandria, VA.
