Kimberly Glenn is an acute care case manager at Broward Health Medical Center, specializing in geriatric and cardiac care. While Glenn cares for patients on the hospital’s progressive and intermediate care floors, she also has experience with patients in skilled nursing facilities and providing in-home patient case management.

“No matter what floor I might be working on, my day revolves around ensuring every patient under my care is safely and efficiently discharged – whether they’re returning home or admitted to a rehabilitation facility,” said Glenn.

Glenn finds immense joy advocating on behalf of her patients and is adept at identifying all available resources to best help them regain maximum independence.

This busy mother of two holds a Registered Nurse degree from Health Career Institute and is currently enrolled in Chamberlain University pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on education.
