Dr. Darnel Dabu serves as Assistant Program Director of the Lakeside Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program, where he helps train and support family medicine residents in a rural teaching environment dedicated to expanding access to care in underserved communities.
Dr. Dabu is a dual board-certified physician in lifestyle and family medicine at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County’s Belle Glade Community Health Center, treating adults and children.
Dr. Dabu earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he served as chief resident and received the most outstanding resident award.
Dr. Dabu also holds a Master of Public Health. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a Blue Zones Certified Physician. He recently earned certification from the American Board of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.
