Jodi LoDolce is chief nursing officer at HCA Florida JFK Hospital and began her career as a registered nurse in the emergency department.

Before joining HCA Florida JFK Hospital, LoDolce served as chief nursing officer at HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital and previously held the same role at UCF Lake Nona Hospital in Orlando. She was also assistant chief nursing officer at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford and held multiple nursing leadership roles at hospitals across Central Florida.

LoDolce holds a master of business administration in healthcare management from Western Governors University, a bachelor of science in nursing from Capella University, and a bachelor of science in biology from Molloy College. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Emergency Nurses Association and the Florida Nurses Association.
