Debra Perrin-Davis serves as CNO at HCA Florida JFK North Hospital, where she leads nursing strategy, operations, quality, and safety. With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, she has overseen key service lines such as trauma, cardiovascular, neurosurgery, cardiology, women’s health, and behavioral health. Since joining JFK North in 2023, she has strengthened nursing and physician engagement, achieved outstanding clinical outcomes, and led initiatives including a successful EMR transition and implementation of standardized behavioral health emergency response protocols.

Previously, she served as ACNO at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, advancing nursing operations, implementing innovative care protocols, and elevating frontline engagement and care experience.

Dual-credentialed with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law, Dr. Perrin-Davis is a servant leader committed to building high-performing teams and advancing patient-centered care. She was also a featured speaker at the Women in Healthcare Leadership Symposium.
